Luis was great!  Took my almost 50 year old piano that hadn't been tuned in (cough cough, ahem) years and made it sing. I had my baby grand piano tuned, maintenanced, and inspected after buying it. Luis not only did a tremendous job, but demonstrated an incredibly deep understanding of pianos. My piano had previously been refinished and no longer had its brand name on it, yet Luis was able to identify the brand and age of the piano just by looking at how it was built. In addition to his skill, Luis has honestly given me customer service that is second to none. I’ve rarely experienced a professional relationship where someone was so kind and responsive. Luis is the best; he's the only guy I go to for piano tunings! I have had him tune a Baldwin baby grand a few times at my mothers house so when I got an upright of my own, there was nobody else I was willing to go to. He's such a kind and friendly guy, it makes it really easy to keep coming back to him! I moved the piano myself (so it probably wasn't as smooth as the professional movers) and he still had it singing beautifully in no time and she's held really well since then! He also levelled out my keys pretty well and fixed hammer that was rubbing against adjacent ones. We got to talking about how to keep my maintain my piano well (by getting a humidifier) and how to quiet it down since I'm in an apartment. He's really knowledable about everything he does and will walk you through everything he's inspecting and exactly what he's seeing if there are any issues. What is not covered by our piano tuning 30-day promise?

Our piano tuning with a 30-day promise does not cover issues unrelated to the tuning, such as, 1) Changes in tuning due to fluctuations in humidity or temperature; 2) Damage caused by external factors (e.g., moving the piano, spills, impacts); 3) Pre-existing conditions of the piano that were present before our service. 4) Issues with piano regulation or voicing, unless specifically included in the services rendered.

What if I notice a problem after 30 days?

While our guarantee is for 30 days, we are still committed to your satisfaction. Please contact us, and we will discuss potential solutions and any applicable service fees.
