“We came across Luis quite by accident. He was in our neighborhood to work on our neighbor’s piano and ended up at our house accidentally. Ironically we have a very old piano that we were told was unable to be tuned. Since he was at the door, I asked him to take a look at our piano, and he took the time to come in and check a few things and thought that he would, in fact be able to tune it. Fortunately, he had a cancellation after our neighbor, and he was able to come back and work on our piano. He was extremely professional and worked very diligently at tuning our piano. It is quite old, and I imagine not easy to get back into tune. He explained what he was doing through the entire process and gave me some advice moving forward about how to best maintain the piano.
